each type of personality.
Channels of communication: to use the privileged channel
to cause a constructive dialogue.
The psychological needs: to discover the psychological
needs of each one, recharge batteries of productive energy while giving signs
of adapted recognition.
Behaviors - Drivers: to identify these subtle behaviors that indicate when a person enters in miscommunication.
Mechanisms of failure: to foresee behaviors and reactions
that the miscommunication provokes.
