The seminar on Process Communication Management (PCM) is organized around the personality profile of each participant that has filled a detailed questionnaire before the seminar, confidentially by data processing.

 

w       This program includes:

­       The analysis of the individualized result of the participant’s personality inventory.

­       A complete description of the Process Communication model.

­       The practical application of the model and its components by each participant.

 

w       The 6 types of personality

­ Workaholic, dreamer, persistent, empathique, rebel, promoter: their strong

­ points, their weak points, points to develop.

 

w       The main comptometers of personality types.

­ Styles of management: to identify the suitable style to each type of personality.

­ Channels of communication: to use the privileged channel to cause a constructive dialogue.

­ The psychological needs: to discover the psychological needs of each one, recharge batteries of productive energy while giving signs of adapted recognition.

­ Behaviors - Drivers: to identify these subtle behaviors that indicate when a person enters in miscommunication.

­ Mechanisms of failure: to foresee behaviors and reactions that the miscommunication provokes.
